Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation must be sent by e-mail to givre2025@aimgroup.eu.
Cancellations received up to and including May 3rd, 2025 will entitle the participant to 70% refund.
30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge.
No refunds will be accepted for cancellations received after the above-mentioned date.
